JDU writes letter to EC, demanding cancellation of nomination

Patna. Janata Dal United (JDU) has alleged that RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav is distributing tickets to his party candidates from the jail. JDU has demanded to cancel the nomination of the Election Commission and all RJD candidates for the complaint.
JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has written a letter to the commission. It has been said that while staying in jail, Lalu distributed the ticket in his Lok Sabha election with his signature. So, what was the permission from the court for this?
Violating Lalu Rules
• Jaidu wrote that in the case of the Laloo fodder scam, the convicts of the Indian Penal Code were sentenced to jail under the jurisdiction of Ranchi.
